Pet-Labs charges a processing & shipping fee to receive your initial testing package of $9.99 for US domestic shipping or $19.99 for international or non-continental US shipping. All processing & shipping fee's are non-refundable which covers the cost to process & ship your pet(s) initial testing package. The package will arrive within 7 to 14 business days of your registration on our website(s). As a member of Pet-Labs and if you purchase a pet wellness plan, you have 7 days from the date that you place your order to request a partial refund. After this date; no refunds -- All payments and purchases are final. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
